REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

We accept cash, check, credit card or debit card  to guarantee and pay for your Rolling Video Games of New England reservation. There is a cancellation fee of 50% the cost of your event  in the event of reservation being canceled.

RETURNED CHECKS:

We must assess a $35 fee for any check that is returned to us due to insufficient funds. If there is a dispute placed there is a $50 transaction fee.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Rolling Video Games of New England is committed to protecting your privacy.  We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with Rolling Video Games as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience.  We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE:

A Travel surcharge may be applied for locations in excess of 20 miles from 06782 zip codes.

BAD WEATHER:

Rolling Video Games of New England’s trucks are designed for all types of weather conditions. The theaters are insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm, tropical storm or hurricane) please contact us to begin the rescheduling. For our outdoor activities like laser tag, foam, ect…all of them can be played in the rain or snow.  If you would like to reschedule due to the weather we need at least 12 hours notice prior to the start of your event. For our outdoor activities there is  no rescheduling fee as long as it is weather related. The game trucks there is a fee to reschedule. It is 50% of the total for the event.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN:

Rolling Video Games of New England does require a parent or responsible adult to be available at the event location. Children under the age of 6 require a parent or guardian be present inside the mobile video game theater for supervision.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS:

You may serve alcohol at a Rolling Video Games of New England event or party to ADULTS over 21 years of age; however, we do not allow any food or drink inside our mobile game theater.  We  reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol/drugs are being served.  The party will be terminated without refund if the adult in charge is drinking alcohol.  Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Rolling Video Games of New England equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately without a refund.  Furthermore, there is no smoking allowed during a Rolling Video Games event due to the nature of our business and electronics.​ Please be respectful of children at our events no smoking near them, drinking, or drugs.

 DAMAGE/INJURY:

Rolling Video Games of New England or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Rolling Video Games of New England reserves the right to charge the client for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage  by client’s guests. Rolling Video Games of New England and its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

By participating in our activities, the participant acknowledges that they are aware of the potential risks involved with this activity. These risks include, but are not limited to:

1. Trips, falls, or collisions with other participants or obstacles in the playing area.

2. Sprains, strains, or fractures resulting from sudden movements, twists, or turns.

3. Bruising, cuts, or abrasions from laser tag equipment or contact with other participants.

4. Heat exhaustion, dehydration, or other heat-related illnesses due to the physical nature of the activity.

The participant agrees to assume all risks associated with participating in laser tag and releases the organizers, owners, and employees of any liability for any injuries or damages that may occur during the activity.

FOOD/DRINK:

Rolling Video Games of New England does not allow any food or drinks into the video game truck. Please have your guests consume them outside of the truck prior to entering. Having a small table for drinks and food to be placed on outside of the trucks is welcomed.

PICTURES:

While your party is in effect the Game Coach  may be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on Rolling Video Games of New England’s Facebook Fan Page and copy them to your files. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page please notify us via Email prior to the party. We do not always take photos, however if you do we would love for you to tag us when you post them to social media sites. https://www.facebook.com/Rrvgnewengland/ We do not take photos at any school event without the express written consent of the Principal.

INVITATIONS:

We will mail all of your invitations to the address you provided.  If you prefer to make other arrangements please contact us at 203.558.5244. Invitations will be mailed upon receipt of payment if the box was checked at booking.  Invitations for events scheduled last-minute can be downloaded and  printed through the link we will provide to you upon payment. E-vites are also included. We only have game truck and combo party paper invitations left.  Once they are gone we will only provide evites.

TIPS:

The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required. A review on Google, Facebook, Yelp, or any other site is always another great way to let us know that you enjoyed your event!

TRUCK/TRAILER:

When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park on your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. **Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause  danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 60 feet of space to park. Additionally our Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval nor park off of a hardened surface. We DO NOT park in driveways!

Mobile Game Bus :

When the Game Bus pulls up we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. We will park on your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. **Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause  danger to persons, property or equipment. Our Game bus is very long and we will need a minimum of 35 feet of space to park. The Game Bus can go into most common driveways.  If there are low branches, bridges, steep pitches going up or down a driveway, sharp curves, or any other situation the driver doesn’t feel comfortable backing in we will park along the curb. We need the driveway to be at least 10ft wide. Please have cars moved prior to our arrival and have a spot ready for us.

VIDEO GAME RATINGS:

Rolling Video Games of New England will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without a request from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please send an Email to [email protected] indicating the game you prefer or let the Game Coach know as soon as you can after he gets there.
