Full payment secures your date.
We’re available every day, any time! We don’t have traditional business hours – we’re always ready to party. Whether it’s a weekday morning, weekend evening, or holiday, we can accommodate your event. Contact us to discuss your specific timing needs.
Yes, full payment is required upfront to secure your event date. This is a non-refundable deposit toward your event. See our Booking Policies page for details.

No. The first 10 miles from our Plymouth, CT base are free. Beyond 10 miles, travel fees start at $50 and vary by distance. Travel fees are charged separately.
Yes! We offer First Responder/Military discounts (5% off base price), Return Customer discounts (for multiple bookings within 12 months), group/bulk discounts, and discounted combo packages. Visit our Discounts page for details.
We require full payment upfront to secure your date. We accept credit/debit, cash, check, PayPal/Venmo, and Purchase Orders for schools and municipalities.
Cancellations incur a 50% non-refundable fee on the base event price. Outdoor activities can reschedule free if severe weather forces cancellation. See our Booking Policies page for complete details.
Booking & Events
If you have a specific date and time in mind for your event, we recommend booking as soon as possible. Our time slots and equipment often sell out quickly. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Last-minute bookings (1-2 weeks out) may be available depending on calendar availability. Contact us to check availability.
Group size depends on the specific service requested, but we do not charge any per-person fees. Instead, we rotate guests to ensure everyone has a chance to play.
For birthday parties, we can accommodate up to 50 guests rotating through a two-hour event. Please contact us directly to discuss capacity for larger groups or corporate events.
Space requirements vary by service. Game Trucks need 35-60 ft level ground. VR arenas need 15×15 to 20×20 ft indoor space with one outlet. Outdoor services (Foam, Laser Tag) need similar space with weather protection. We confirm space requirements during booking.
Yes! We work extensively with schools, summer camps, and educational institutions. We offer combo party discounts and can customize packages for field days, fundraisers, and end-of-year celebrations.
Absolutely. When booking, mention your preferred game types, activities, or themes. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability and your group’s age/interests.
Policies & Safety
For outdoor activities, severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, extreme heat/cold) may force cancellation. We notify clients by 8 AM on the event day. You can reschedule at no charge or receive a 50% refund. Game trucks and indoor activities proceed rain or shine.
Yes. All equipment meets safety standards and is regularly inspected and maintained. VR experiences use safety barriers and warning grids. Laser Tag uses commercial equipment. Our staff supervises all activities and enforces safety rules.
Most services are suitable for ages 8+. Some VR games have 12+ recommendations. Dinosaur Parties are great for ages 3+. Hero blast parties are great for ages 4+ Contact us about specific age recommendations for your group.
Motion sickness risk with Free Roam VR is very low because physical movement matches visual movement. Most guests experience no sickness. If someone feels discomfort, they can take a break or sit out.
Guests participate at their own risk. We carry comprehensive liability insurance. By booking, guests acknowledge inherent physical risks and sign our liability release. See our Booking Policies page for full details.
Photos & Social Media
Yes! We encourage photos and video. We may also photograph your event for our portfolio and social media. If you prefer no public photos, email sales@rollingvideogamesct.com at least 7 days before your event to opt out.
Absolutely! We’d love to see your event photos on social media. Tag us @RrvgNewEngland Instagram, Rolling Video Games of New England on Facebook, or use #RollingVideoGamesofnewengland. We may repost your photos (with permission).
Photo Booth services include instant 4×6 prints and a 30-day digital gallery. Other services don’t include professional photography, but you’re welcome to hire a photographer or take your own photos during the event.
