First Responder & Military Discount – 5% Off
We honor the dedication of First Responders and Military personnel with a 5% discount on your base event price. This discount is available to:
- Law Enforcement
- Fire Personnel
- EMS (Emergency Medical Services)
- Military (Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, Veterans)
- Dispatch & Support Staff
How to claim:
A promo code must be entered during booking. Your organization will be noted and verified by our team. The discount applies only to the base event price and excludes travel fees, additional staffing hours, and premium add-ons.
Example: If your Game Truck party is $499, your discounted price is $474.05 (5% off). Travel fees ($50+, if applicable) are charged separately at full price.
Return Customer Discount – Additional Savings
Customers who book multiple events within a 12-month period receive a 5% discount on their second and subsequent events. We appreciate repeat business and want to reward your loyalty.
How it works:
No promo code is needed. Simply mention your previous event in the comments section or notes during booking. Provide the approximate date of your first event and the service you booked. Our team will verify and apply your Return Customer discount automatically.
Stacking policy:
Return Customer discounts cannot be combined with First Responder, Military, or Combo Package discounts. We’ll apply whichever discount provides the greatest savings.
Combo Party Packages – Already Discounted
Combo party packages bundle two or more services at a discounted rate. These packages are already priced lower than booking services separately, providing excellent value for mixed-entertainment events.
Available combos:
Video Games + Laser Tag – $899 (2 hours, includes both services, 1 coach)
Video Games + Foam Party – $929 (2 hours, includes both services, 1 coach)
Two Video Game Options – $50 off combined base price
Combo packages cannot be combined with First Responder, Military, or other promotional discounts as of August 1, 2022. Combo pricing is our best available rate for bundled services.

Group & Bulk Event Discounts
Booking entertainment for a large group, multiple classes, or school-wide event? We offer special pricing for bulk bookings. Examples include:
- School field days (multiple activities, 50+ students)
- Summer camp entertainment (weekly or seasonal bookings)
- Corporate team-building events (large staff participation)
- Community festivals (multiple entertainment options)

How Discounts Are Applied
If you’re eligible for multiple discounts, we apply whichever provides the greatest savings. Discounts cannot be stacked (combined) except where explicitly stated.
The following are excluded from all discounts:
- Travel fees (charged separately, based on distance)
- Additional staffing hours beyond included staff
- Premium add-ons (green screen, deluxe backdrop, fossil dig stations, etc.)
- Equipment rental fees (if applicable)
First Responder and Military discounts require verification. Promo codes must be entered at booking. Return Customer discounts are applied after verification of your previous event.
