QUESTION: How do I do this? How do I look into booking a party?
ANSWER: From our “Book an Event”page, choose your date and time and we’ll respond letting you know if it is available. Just confirm and that’s it!
QUESTION: I submitted a Booking Request, but have not seen an e-mail or invoice. Why?
ANSWER: Please check your “Spam” or “Junk” folder in your e-mail program to make sure our response didn’t get sent there. Some e-mail programs read the “video games” in our name as spam. Please be sure to mark our email as “not spam” so our e-mails come to your inbox from now on!
QUESTION: How do I know the trailer can come to my house?
ANSWER: Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. As long as your street isn’t a very sharp hill, we can come. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot! Unfortunately the game trailer does not goes in driveway, if you need to park in a driveway you could request the Game Bus.
QUESTION: Will the kids know what to do?
ANSWER: That’s why we bring our Game Coach! He helps the kids along, inspires and instructs. We make sure it’s the party of the year!
QUESTION: Should I be concerned about the types of games for kids?
ANSWER: If you have such concerns, inform the Game Coach upon arrival and he will make sure that the gaming is appropriate. Otherwise, he will follow the lead of the guest(s) of honor and make sure they are having the time of their lives!
QUESTION: What about bad weather?
ANSWER: We come rain, shine, temps below freezing or over 100 degrees — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive.
QUESTION: What time should I make the party?
ANSWER: We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is one hour or half-hour before our arrival time — that way they eat first they all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater!
QUESTION: What time will you arrive?
ANSWER: The Game Coach may arrive 30 minutes before or 10 minutes before, but rest assured his door will be open for your guests by the start of your party time!
QUESTION: What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?
ANSWER: Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll keep them all having fun!
QUESTION: Do I request certain games?
ANSWER: No need. We always bring the full game library to every event and your Game Coach will listen to and suggestions or needs to make your event successful.
QUESTION: Do I tip the Game Coach?
ANSWER: The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for exceptional service is a great idea, but not required. A review online is also another great way to let us know how your event went.
QUESTION: Do I have to pay for the party in advance?
ANSWER: Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay online or arrange to drop your payment with us. Otherwise, your date and time is still open for booking by others.
QUESTION: How do the invitations work?
ANSWER: As soon as you confirm your party online, we mail invitations to you. You complete and hand or mail them out. If your party is last minute, we will give you a link to a page on our site where you can download a printable invitation. You can print this out on cardstock or photo paper, then cut, fold and mail.
Please keep in mind we are mobile. Traffic, weather conditions, and maintenance issues can come up. We will contact you if we are running late because of any of these issues.
