Can the Magic Mirror be set up outdoors?
The Magic Mirror contains professional electronic equipment and must be set up indoors near a power outlet. Outdoor setups are not recommended. Additional outdoor setup fees may apply.
How much space is needed?
An area of approximately 10 feet by 10 feet works well. Open-air setups can be placed along a wall to minimize space. Access to a nearby power outlet is required.
How many people can fit in one photo?
The Magic Mirror comfortably fits up to 7 guests per photo. Larger groups are possible with creative posing. Our record is 21 people in one photo.
How long does setup take?
Setup typically takes about one hour. Equipment is tested beforehand to ensure smooth operation. Ground-level or elevator access is required.
How long does teardown take?
Teardown usually takes around 30 minutes after the event.
What is the photo quality?
We use professional DSLR cameras and high-quality printers for sharp, vibrant 4×6 prints.
Is the Magic Mirror easy to use?
The touchscreen interface is intuitive, and a professional attendant is present throughout your event to assist guests.
How fast do photos print?
Prints are ready in 8-12 seconds and completely dry when ejected.
Can we customize the photo templates?
Yes! We can create custom templates with names, logos, or event themes. Custom designs must be requested in advance.
Are props included?
Our Magic Mirror comes with a selection of fun props, hats, glasses, and signs for guests to use.
Can we get digital copies of the photos?
Absolutely! We provide a digital gallery for all event photos that can be shared online or downloaded.
Do you offer an attendant?
Yes, a professional attendant is included to guide guests, operate the mirror, and ensure a smooth experience.
Is the Magic Mirror safe for children?
Yes, the Magic Mirror is safe for all ages. Children should be supervised during use, and the attendant will assist as needed.
