1-3 Months Prior to Party

Decide if you are going to have a theme with your party. This will help with ideas for any gift bags, decorations, or prizes you may want to provide.
Send out the invites. One of the great things about a Rolling Video Games of New England party is that we don’t charge per player, so you don’t have any worries over how many to invite. Anywhere from 8-20 players will work!
Week of Party
Confirm with your guests about the date and time.
Shop for final food, beverages, and gift pack stuffers.
Scour the playing field for any potential dangers or nasty stuff. (doggy land mines are common culprits).
Set-up the party area with drinks and any snacks you may be providing during the party. Re-hydrating sports drinks are great to have since the players will be running around for a couple of hours.
Expect the RVG of New England crew to arrive about 15-30 minutes prior to party time to look over the playing field, meet the family, and set-up the playing field.
Our crew will begin training the players at the designated party start time. This last about 10 minutes.Party on! Following the 90-minute playing time, we will begin tearing down the equipment and should be loaded and gone in about 30 minutes.
